NBRC Staff Hierarchy

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The boss. Makes all final decisions about the community, vision, rules, server direction, and high-level partnerships.

Duties: Oversees everything, handles internal conflicts, approves promotions/demotions, leads by example.

Director of Operations (DOO)

Runs the day-to-day. Manages staff activity, makes sure everything runs smoothly.

Duties: Coordinates departments, runs staff meetings, enforces CEO directives, handles crisis situations.

Director of Community & Engagement

Keeps the community active, positive, and involved.

Duties: Hosts events, handles player suggestions, manages community reps, helps with recruitment and retention.

Director of Staff & Administration

Leads all admins and moderators.

Duties: Trains new staff, reviews bans/kicks, ensures staff professionalism, oversees trial staff promotions.

Senior Administrator

Experienced staff trusted with serious responsibilities.

Duties: Resolves complex reports, leads investigations, helps train new staff, monitors RP quality.

Administrator

Core staff. Handles day-to-day tickets, disputes, and in-game support.

Duties: Rule enforcement, report handling, helping with RP scenes.

Moderator

Community support and basic rule enforcement.

Duties: Monitor chats/voice, handle minor issues, guide new players, escalate serious problems to Admins.

Trial Staff

Entry-level staff in training.

Duties: Observe and learn. Help with basic support while shadowing senior staff.

Department Leaders (In-Game Leadership)

These are not staff, but they manage in-character operations.
